Restaurants present food photos, menus and promotion materials through screens. The screen can display specific menus or contents at different time segments automatically. All contents are stored in cloud with centralized control, which allows operators to manage and synchronize contents for multiple screens in different branches.
goKiosk
Clear and user-friendly interfaces with multi payment methods. Self-service Kiosks are incredibly convenient for self-ordering, especially for Fast food Industry. When applying to fine dining, working with our goMenu, goKiosk can also serve as pre-ordering kiosk to shorten turnover time.
goQueue
Customers get queue tickets through queuing kiosk at shop front, then wait to be seated. The screen shows real-time queuing status for customers tracking. Beyond physically present in the queue, customers can also get remote queue through Link’s ‘Park and Dine’ mobile app or restaurants’ apps.
Customers can pre-order and pay on mobile devices in advance and pick up their food when they arrive restaurant. Customers can save time, meanwhile, restaurants can increase table turnover rate.
Customers can place orders through tabletop tablets once they are seated. It eliminates human error when taking orders, thus reduces food waste and increase customer satisfaction.
The KDS is integrated with POS: the customers’ order transfer to KDS instantly. Order Items are sent to the respective sections in kitchen according to their predefined types. All orders show clearly in digital order viewers.
Customers call for service at any time by the goMenu apps running on tablets. Waiters will see the service requests from their smartwatches running goWear and response instantly.
Our POS system acts not only a transactions handling interface, it is also a console of the RARe ™ system.
The POS equips with comprehensive statements and sales data for analytic purpose as well as data synchronization with Cloud.
Our auto-guided delivery system:goBot.Rail, provides an unique dining experience for customers. Customers order through tabletop tablets, then model trains will deliver freshly prepared food directly from kitchen to table.
