We develop mobile ordering app for KFC to facilitate order flow and relieve the shortage of manpower. By using “Order KFC”, customers can order and pay their favorite KFC food at fingertip without queueing to place the order. Once payment success, staffs will prepare food in kitchen and system will send push message to alter customers picking up food.  

“Order KFC” also records customers’ preferences and provides personalized recommendations for the next order.
