We provide one-stop restaurant automation solution for The Pantry, an international dessert coffee shop in Tsim Sha Tsui, which include goQueue, goMenu, goPOS and goKDS.

goQueue improves allocation of manpower and resource to increase efficiency. Customers get queue tickets through queuing kiosk at shop front, then track their queueing status via screen or broadcast announcement. In addition to displaying the queue status, the screen is able to present promotional messages simultaneously.

We provide menu solution(goMenu) that suit most to The Pantry. Tablet menus can be synchronized with goPOS with different price levels adjustment. Moreover, special labels, like ‘Sold Out’ and ‘Preparing’ are also available for menu status indication according to food inventory or simply overiding setting by staffs.  

Our goPOS is easy to use and consist of various function to cope with The Pantry operation need, which include ‘Price’, ‘Order Review’, ‘Items Cancellation’, ‘Combo’ and so on. goPOS also configures password security portal, statements and staff order records for tracking and analytics use.

goKDS integrated with goPOS system in The Pantry to simplify work flow. After ordering, the order items’ information will transfer to goKDS and display in kitchens’ screens. goKDS can even auto grouping order items and display information to respective sessions in the kitchen. It eliminates miscommunication between shop-front and kitchen,  the entire workflow become more effective than ever.
